quantum satis besame muchoBesame mucho is a bochet mead made with caramelized honey. We used 100% buckwheat honey, caramelized it slightly and fermented with almost subthreshold amount of strawberry juice just to compliment buckwheat aromatics. Then it was aged with decent amount of vanilla beans to round things up and give you smooth ad pleasant buckwheat experience.
