Epis 2017 Cab/MerlotComing off a difficult year the Cab Merlot is a particularly good wine as of December 2022. The palate is well structured with nice colour and ripe fruits that has good acids and fine grained tannins. This wine will still improve with further cellaring and is a classic cool climate Cabernet that will reward over time.
